What would be the stated goal or use for such a list. It would be good to
formulate that definition soon, as that will be the first question they will ask when we request cooperation from the various groups. Fred Bellows 90SP |

As proud Bird Brains, we've extended an offer to host any traveling fellow Bird owners to roost at our location when we're landed at the home base. In addition to our Pterodactyl bird in it's nest, we can accomodate two others with 50A. service and water on concrete runways under our towering oak trees. As for "stated goals" of a data list, we suspect the majority of other Bird owners would feel likewise. Hence our suggestion of: 7.) physical location and 8.) potential accomodations for overnight travelers. We've enjoyed sharing experiences with others from this flock and feel the common interest prevails in making us a big family. Paul & Jo Carver '93 WLPT40Teri, in Seven Points, Tx. > > > |

Curt: Don't you think we need information on the coach year and model as well?

Ron,
Absolutely. The information that I think we should have in an General BB Database: DB Entry Date, the date the entry was entered into the General BB Database. Information Sharing as I outlined. Accommodations - mechanical and parking/AC/water. Emergency driver(s). Name(s). Addresses. City. State. Zip Code. GPS Latitude & Longitude.ÃÂ Email Addresses. Phone Numbers. 'Bird Year/Model/Length/Bird Name, etc. FMCA Number. FMCA Chapter(s) or other group/club Maybe: VIN Number. Bluebird Chassis Number. Chassis Build date. ??? Let me know what I left out. Thanks. Curt, The mail goal that I had when I first contacted Ernie about getting the info. on the list that he obtained from BB 5 yrs. ago, was to try to asertain how many of each type of Wanderlodges are out there, alive and well today. Again, as many of you have, I hope to upgrade as money allows, and according to what is available, in the future. As I remember, you used to own a 70's Ford gasser that you sold to Jim Benson, who helped me out with carb. problems on my 77 FC31. Personally, I hope that when the smoke clears, someone buys the Wanderlodge name, and starts building the FC's and PT's again. That would be something some of us and future generations could afford to buy. But if that never happens, I will be shopping as some of you have done, to satisfy my wants/needs. I do think that the less info that you ask for, the better participation that you will get. For instance, I have no idea what my GPS latitude/longitude is, I don't want to give my private phone number, or email address, to the world. I just want to know about the condition and availability of different types of these Great Birds. Thanks for people like you who are computer savvy, and care enough about these wonderful vehicles to do anything to keep them up, and help us challenged people keep them running. BTY, I do personally love PT38's, so I may be contacting you via postings or other means in the future. Thanks and Best Regards, George Burke 1977FC31 Gasser Charlotte
