If you are thinking about selling your coach Please DO NOT advertise with
ONE STOP MOTORS. they say 100% money back guarantee if the coach does not sell within 180 days. I learned the hard way. $450.00 I comply with every thing they asked for but the refuse to refund my money. In Washington state it costs $35 to file. When they get the paperwork, I bet they refund your bucks. Recommend you reread your contract with them again...and if you do not see any
loopholes or possible outs for them, then spend the $35 to go after $450. I tend to agree with BOB, but then again, nothing is guaranteed as u discovered. Joe, Small claims court is a good idea. But first, check with a local atty. as Hank suggested, especially one that will give a free initial consultation to you. If he says the sleasy dealer will have to pay his fee, then I would let your new atty. handle it all. Also a good idea is to pay for as many transactions as you can via credit card. I had a sleasy car dealer from Greensboro,N.C. , try to rip me off for a defective car part. After many promises and no refund, I contacted BofA and explained my situation, and within 30 days my money was refunded to my account. Don't let these people get away with this. It will cost us all. Good Luck, George Burke 1977FC31 Charlotte
