Electrical Connector
I am trying to find an electrical connector so that I can make up
another cable to plug in the the "Big Napper". I am looking for a part
number or information to order a female plug to match the one I have.
The connector is a Crouse-Hinds and it says 30A 125/250V on the edge of
the plug. In the center of the plug are the letters AH. I can not
find a plug to match. The coach is old and I suspect this plug is
discontinued. Anyone have one or can you direct me to a source.

Check on the Hubbell site, they have a chart that
shows all the plug configurations...

https://www.hubbellnet.com/max_htm/tech_...front.html

You should be able to find the plug there...

Joe, That's the problem. Can't seem to get even close. John

Solved that one. I took the male plug off of the coach and replaced
it with another 30A plug for which I could find connectors and just
started over. Very similar plug. When I removed it I found the ground
wire wasn't even connected so I fixed that while I was at it. The
other end of the wires are the standard 30 amp plugs common to camp
grounds. Why the odd ball connect on the coach who knows. I just used
a standard L6 30A twist connector. Rated the same and I am good to
go. I want a couple leads for different applications. The one which
came with coach is 8 gage and two heavy to be used just to plug into
the 110 to charge the batteries. Yes I know not to run the air
conditioner or micro wave on light wires but I can't do that at the
house anyway. I don't have a 30A service (yet). Got a good bit done
today.
