Jim. Thanks for your reply. I don't have a high pressure device. What
brand/type do you recommend and where can I buy one? Henry@... 1979

You've got something seriously funky going on in there. Somebody's been
eating at Taco Bell too much and it's formed a "clump" of yucko.

I'd hit it with a high-pressure garden hose spray down the toilet, try
and blast it out.

Henry do yourself a favor and do this. Put a 1/2 cup of detergent in your
black water tank with about 15 gallons or so of water.. Add a couple of big
bags of ice cubes and take a 1/2 drive and then fill the tank and
dump. Clean tank

Tom. Your idea sounds great provided the valve will close enough to hold 15 or
so gallons. I thought the valve was an all or nothing type thing meaning that
it either works, or it doesn't, but to my surprise it seems to hold some water.
Can you explain why/how it could behave that way and what to do to fix? Thanks
for your advice. Henry@... 1979 FC/SB 35, McAllen, Tx

Henry you probably have the Dupree manual valve on your black water tank.
if its not filled yet, take the two screws out of the housing just below
the handle and remove the guts. Lube it up good with silicon grease and put
it back together.
