Wiper arms

Has anyone replaced the stock wiper arms that only tip down about 1/4
of the way for arms that come all the way down?

I have been bugged by this since I bought my bird and now would like
to be able to pull the blades away from the windshield and have them
stay away as I wash the windshield. All othe RVs I have owned worked
that way, so I would suspect Ziggy could be made to work too.
