Transfer switch

Where is the shore power/genset transfer switch located on
a 90 SP36? I swore that when the generator kicked in I heard a snap
from somewhere under the sink.

Chuck,

It is on the front side of the entrance steps. Its in the cabinet that has the
circuit breaker panel on the step side. Not far from the sink, but on the other
side of the steps.
