Bus Lift vs. Pit
Lift a 40,000 pound coach. See http://www.interschola.com/displayitem.p...s_id=16727 . Cheaper than building a pit.  I missed the higher capacity units that were sold a few days ago.

Curt, I watch a similar set of lifts demonstrated at an FMCA Rally and it
was impressive. The thing about it was that using the lifts one can
access more than you can over a pit and the feeling of more freedom is
nice too.

I had my coach at Prevost Car in Irving, Tx. last month to get new tag axle air bag and they had the same jacks that are shown in the pictures. They used six (6) to lift my coach; with me it it. Boy, that's a weird feeling but also impressive. The nice thing about jacks is that you can always sell them; pit? not so easy.
