Yes, to release the parking brake, depress the brake treadle and push the release knob in. In doing so, the red and white needle will drop some with or without the engine running assuming there is air in the system.

yes but only when the bag was in bad shape and need of a replacement
anyway. When I lift to service with the HWH levelers, I always block the frame with wood GregoryO'Connor 94ptRomolandCa --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "gasparillaglass" > > Dose anyone Feel > if they lifted up the rv with the levelers to high when they were > changing the oil pan gasket it could of done somthing to the air > spring bags > This is one of those things when you try to fix somthing and go to the > people to fix it and you come out with a basket of crap > anyway what are you gonna do. > I KNOW I KNOW FIX IT > > > ps. how high can you lift the bus with the levelers??? > > Jamie Brandt > sw fl. > 1990 wb40 > |

On my LXi, the shocks will hold the axle when fully extended eliminating load on the airbags. I spoke with Koni at some point and they reassured me that each shock can withstand a static load of 8800 lbs. The frame and suspension on the WB's is essentially the same as the LXi's, your bus should share this characteristic. David Brady '02 LXi, NC gasparillaglass wrote:
