RV Show in Orange County

Hello all...
Phil & I just got home from the RV show here in So Cal (Pomona
fairgrounds)...what a hoot!!!
We went mainly to check out vendors and of course watch people gawk at
the 'sticks & staples' up for sale.
Well, the first coach we visited was a Fleetwood something-or-other
and the conversation went something like this:

Salesman: "Hi folks, how ya doin today?"
Phil: "Fine, thanks"
Salesman: "You own an RV?"
Phil: "No, not yet".
Salesman: "What are you in the market for?"
Phil: "We're tending towards a Wanderlodge"
Salesman: "A WHAT?"
Phil: "A Bluebird Wanderlodge"
Salesman: "Oh, uh, well have a nice day" and he left the coach!!!!

We're still chuckling over that one!!!! And after seeing many new rigs
with mis-matched seams, flimsy (plastic) latches, drawer slides,
overspray, tape covering staples, sagging carpet, and plastic chrome
outside mirrors, it confirms our belief that the ONLY WAY TO FLY is in
a BLUEBIRD!!!

So, we're still dreaming and searching....and learning from this
wonderful forum. Thanks for your great posts of information &
experience and most of all, your willingness to help the "Wannabees"
