Mine is 40"D x 26"H x 30"W. There's a 30"W x 26"H panel across the back and a small amount around the front enclosure. So each wall is about 7.25 sqft, while the ceiling is about 6 sqft and the back wall is closer to 5.5 sqft. So total, there's about 26 sqft. There's 8 sqft per panel, so I'd need probably 4 panels to do with. Might as well add 1 for safety, so call it 5 panels total. Does that sound right?

BHTubes does supply stainless exhaust pipe sections for your coach. I worked with them many moons ago on both S60 equipped WB stainless exhaust pieces and the LXi stainless pieces. I looked at Pittsburgh Power a while back, thinking about one of their Powerboxes. They're supposed to really wake up a 60. Papa Nealy (of bbq fame) has one on his coach and really raves about it. Is the Brady muffler listed on their site?

John, I think I bought a case of 6. I paid $14.45 per can.

I am in the middle of redoing the insulation in my engine bay and I can tell you its a swine of a project. If you don't get the surface nice and clean first, free of the old gunk and glue/adhesive, it can make attaching the new stuff quite a bear. I'm now in the process of stripping all that gunk off and trying to get to a fairly cleaning base before I go further. I attached 3 pieces, two of which held well, one which did not. Hopefully the surface cleanliness is the problem, will know soon.
