So here is one "professionals" opinion and advice.......... The only thing I can add is "communicate,communicate, then communicate some more"!!!!!!!!! Then try and work out a "win-win" solution! Notice the RV reference in the article.......can't tell you how many times we pulled into a park and some newbie RV'er or retirees comes up and talks about how they did not know how "close" they were going to be with their spouse, no matter how BIG the rig!

you no longer need a punch list or parts list, you can order and do it
from memory and at 60 your old memory "ain't as good as it once
was"!
- Your hand written log is at least 10 pages long (both sides)
and your hand hurts with arthritis when you need to hold the pen to
write the new entries and the old pages are turning yellow
- You need boat shoes to crawl up on the roof and you ALWAYS have one
hand on the goat rail because you fear falling off
- You test bring up all systems and at the end of the day you write down
which ones you've done. Then you realize you CAN'T remember which
ones you did because you did NOT write it down while you were doing
it during the day and now you are tired,old and can't remember so you
have to test the all over again!
- You have to buy 8 new tires at LEAST twice (2 sets)-ouch$$$$$$$
- You've replaced the wax ring on the commode at least twice

OK, we have a LOT of experienced owners here so lets here it! Your trials and tribulations............]]> in the past decade and the now the original vendor / supply house you

2) I can finally get all those items that have been sitting on my "punchlist"
for life done!

Big brother is watching and they no longer need to rely on citizens who carry a grudge or who are envious of you to "turn you in anonymously" as they have done so for so many years in the past to catch tax cheaters. Data mining techniques and software is very sophisticated and the IRS can now do their own snooping without the aide of you or your so called "friends". Ever get a new 1099-k in the mail recently??? Yep your online PayPal,eBay, Amazon dollars exceeded a certain amount. Uncle SAM is watching! Sure glad I do not own a business or run a service online. On a serious note, most of us probably have broken some if not all the rules above at one time or another. Yes guilty as charged! With forums going back more than a decade, I figured a refresher course was helpful to all of us including me... since most of us have been on them for at least a decade! Kinda like taking a driving refresher class online for seniors so you can get 10% off your car insurance!

My favorite is number 4, thanks David for insuring the ole spaghetti factory is a true forum format!
