Hello Everyone!

My name is Brian Stanton. I am the Sales and Marketing Manager for American Fleet Inc. We are a Detroit Diesel Engine Specialist located in Springfield Missouri. We have been in the bus engine re-manufacturing business for over 35 years. We are a entertainer and charter bus repair facility that only works on buses! Our mechanics have been with the company for more than 20 years and are "seasoned" bus mechanics that know there way around a bus engine.

We build the engines (with Genuine Detroit Diesel parts) at our facility and ship nation wide. We also offer installations at our facility as well. We offer towing if a trusted mechanic is not available in your area.

We build each engine, to your engine serial number and ship 3-4 days once we receive your order. We are saving our clients an average of 15% - 20% per engine versus any local Detroit Diesel authorized shop. We also carry Detroit 2 cycle engines as well.

Please checkout out our website link below, and visit us on Face Book for pictures from our daily builds for coach and charter bus companies that come to us for installation. If anyone has questions, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience

Morning, All;

Here while back, I turned too tight into a narrow driveway and in the process rolled my right rear wheels into a ditch and culvert. Of course in the process I severely damaged my rear bumper and bent/distorted the right rear skin and assembly.

Bobby Tarver at Cherokee Farms RV Center in Summerdale, AL did the repairs for me. http://cherokeefarmsrvcenter.com

Bobby did the work completely restoring the damage in three days at a most reasonable cost. Not only does he have a new and very nice RV park, each site with full hookups, wooden deck and picnic table, his shop has 50 AMP electricity and you can stay in your coach while the repairs are being done.

I highly recommend his park and his services. BTW its only 15 minutes from Gulf Shores, great restaurants, wonderful seafood and good weather even in the winter.

The oil needed to be changed in the S60. It had been in the engine since last December but only had about 6000 miles on it. So I decided to have it changed before I left Little Rock yesterday. Having had good experiences in the past with Speedco, I stopped in North Little Rock at their location.

First they couldn’t find all the filters, and then they found too many filters and removed my new coolant filter. I had just 2 weeks ago had the radiator flushed and new extended life coolant and a blank filter installed. Spilled 5 gallons of the new coolant in the pit before I realized what they were doing. Then they realized they didn’t have the primary fuel filter cartridge in stock after they had pulled it out of the can.

So we spent 3 hours at Speedco getting the oil changed. They had to go find a new coolant filter and the fuel filter cartridge. Checked the oil level today after the bus had set for 24 hours. Looks like the oil level is above the full line. I did watch how many quarts went in which was 38.

Now I’m a little hesitant to have my oil changed at Speedco in the future.
Most members seem to find their way around here at some point or another. I've just had 8 new tires installed using the Michelin Advantage program with FMCA as the program administer and it went off flawlessly. Jason, the store service manager ordered me 8 new fresh tires from Michelin and they came in 10 days with 4 week old date codes, all the same! Installation was excellent, they have senior people, the shop is big rig friendly and very accessible from I-95. They were very professional, took great care and time to install the tires and now wait for it, they torqued each and every nut on all eight wheels with a 6 foot torque bar! They have road service and the service manager told me they do it on the road as well!!!!! This shop was there best I've been to since I've owned the bird, so I wanted members and our Newell brothers to have a tire shop in this area that they knew one of us used very successfully. They also carry and install ALL brands of tires.
FWIW as promised by the FMCA, the invoice came 3 days after install and Jason was very familiar with the program and handled without any issues, very fast and painless!
Hopefully this works. I am new at this. Thanks.

Here is the description from Ebay.

Very clean 1990 Blue Bird Wanderlodge M-36SP. This is a 36 foot diesel pusher with a 3208 Caterpillar 300 horsepower engine. This runs and drives great. The tires were new in, I believe 2004. There is a ton of paperwork, including the original sales contract. There is some clear coat that needs to be redone. This is mostly the front and rear cap. The only thing that I know doesn't work is the fuel gauge, and the original CB doesn't work, but there is another one there that can be used. The needle for the fuel gauge is way over to the right. The engine has 1340 hours on it. The generator has 627 hours on it, and it runs great. The coach batteries are less than a year old.

The gentleman who owned it before me bought it in 2004 for $110,000, and it had 31,000 miles on it. The reserve is much less than half of that amount.

This is being sold by a Texas dealer and is as-is, also all applicable fees such as title, registration and sales tax must be paid if you are a Texas resident. If you live in another state you will be required to pay fees where you live.

Just drove this RV about 300 miles, and it drove great. It is located in Peoria, AZ Buy is responsible for all transportation.
