How did the service from Coachworks work out??I understand they sent
three techs and a truck.

It was a learning experience for both the techs and the attendees.

CCW sent its service manager, Jason, three techs and a young lady to
do the paperwork.

Back in December, we asked rally attendees to submit their requests
via email. The requests were forwarded to Jason so he could review
them and order parts he believed were necessary.

They arrived on Friday morning and went to work, spending both Friday
and Saturday working through their list. Given the location, some
repairs could be done, others could not, but this was understood by all.

The entire program came together very quickly -- about a month putting
it together.

Given the short preparation time, and the location, I believe it went
very well. If CCW decides to continue, we'll start earlier next time
to put it together.

Phil I heard one SWBB member comment that aCCW tech told him he "couldn't or didn't know how to fix a particular problem". As the member said this honesty is what is needed. In time CCW will be expert on BBs but in the meantime their integrity and fair treatment of customers is veryreassuring.
