LCD replacement project - Don Bradner - 12-10-2007 13:25

A previous owner had replaced the CRTs in Blue Thunder with LCDs, including a
23-inch in the front. I had a 2-year-old 27-inch on hand, and decided to swap.

I liked the looks of the OmniMount that Jay Darst used in his basement
entertainment center, so that's what I used. Full description of the
installation, with pictures, at http://www.arcatapet.net/travel/lcdtv.cfm

Yeah, the 23-inch is an easy one. I was motivated by a few things; first was
that I already had the 27 available. Second was that the 23 had terrible sound,
and third was that the picture quality on the Viewsonic 27 was much better than
the JVC 23.
