I am in the market for a 31fc diesel with jacks and retarder. Not interested in
twin beds, rigs
needing paint or massive tlc.

Looking for that classic "look" in a well taken care of bird, please let me know
if any are
flying around needing a new nest!

Thanks,
Jonny

I know of one which may be coming up on the market. It is a 87FC31,
300HP Turbo, ZF 5sp tranny, side bath, double side bed, double sleeper
sofa. Super nice coach, under 75K miles, garage kept, professionally
maintained. Won't find another any nicer!

That certainly does sound like a nice BB. When you consider the low
miles and rest of the "package" it should get lots of interest. It
also would be a very rare BB as well would it not? I don't think I
recall seeing for sale or hearing of a later model 31ft FC. Seems to
me that the vast majority of the FC BB's sold were the 33 and 35 ft
models once they became available. This one would have to be worth
pretty much as much as any FC could be worth for both the seller and
the new owner?

Yesterday I got my steering wheel from Vehicle Improvement Products.
My bus did not take the BB1 hub that we thought it should. Not
certain if this because things were changed around on my bus (not
much original on this one) but we got it sorted out and it is really
nice. I haven't dealt with a better business then VIP. They really
bent over backwards to help me and I feel their price structure was
very reasonable. I had to send the original wheel plus the new one
that didn't fit back. I shipped the wheels on August 31 and they
reworked it and had it back to me Sept 11th. Considering the shipping
time and the holiday that's pretty darned impressive service. Nice
people to talk to as well. Thank you fellows again for directing me
to VIP.
