Just a question about door screen - Jon - 07-28-2007 12:59

I have just installed some screens on the back door access on my coach
and was talking to my brother about what a pain it was to figure out
how to do this operation. Well he told me a few years ago while he was
down in New Zealand that he saw a screen that was held on by Velcro
tape. I have never seen anything like this but I think it would be a
great way to install a screen if you did not have one in your main door
way. He said it was Velcroed on three side and had a weight on the
bottom to keep closed. Now my question has anyone seen such an item?

Jon:
With a little bit of sewing, you could get some screen, make them about 5 inches
wide, and fold 1/2 inch on either side, and make one like a window screen, you
can make it lay flat to pull it out of the way, turn it for a screen and have
the weights for the bottom with the chain, which keeps it all together.
Are you gonna be at the Port Townsend Rally?
