Electric fan conversion - James Harvie - 03-25-2007 05:04

Last night I finally cleaned out the last compartment, in my bus. So far, I've
found a whole popuree of new parts, a complete set of marker lights, 4 new gold
night lights, a new 4 way flasher switch, and a new flasher, along with the
shipping invoice marked "emergency ship", a complete set of filters for both the
engine, gen set, and p/s, a new flow valve, for the carry out propane, that was
missing, one new tail light lens, and gasket, the florescent light lens, and
frame, that was missing over the kitchen sink, and a complete set of blueprints
I'll say 30 or 40 all together, about 3'x4' or so, that looks like sombody had
drawn up, a picnic table umbrella the torch lights, a brand new coffee maker,
and toaster, then I hit the what to me was the "mother load", When I bought the
bus, I got the Wonderlodge loseleaf notebook handed to me, and that was all. I
was happy to get that, but I found a blue plastic box, with every piece of
information pertaining to every appliance,
add ons, both engines, steering system, braking system, leveling system central
greasing system,Motorola alt handbook The Bluebird notebook, (you get the
point). As soon as the smoke clears and I get some spare time, I'll copy some of
this, and make it available to anyone that needs it, I'll have to find a way to
copy the blueprints, but I will. They are very detailed. Ok I found the
information on these electric fans that were installed, on mine. It's a kit made
by Mr Gasket There are several part #s. Part # 1986 (puller/pusher)12" dia 10
blade Part# 1987 (puller/pusher) 14" dia 10 blade. Part# 1988 (puller pusher
16" dia There's also an electric fan thermostatic temp sensor kit Part# 1992.
I have 4 fans, I haven't measured them yet, I assume they are 12 pullers. If
anyone is looking to go this route let me know, and I'll fax you the jib sheets.
These are dated 1993 Mr Gasket Co. 8700 Brookpark Rd Cleveland Ohia Jimmy

Jimmy, I have a 82 fc and would very much be interested in some of
the information you found in the blue box. Wiring diagrams, ect. I
would be very happy to pay you for copies. I will e-mail a list of
what I would like. Thanks,

Jim. I'd be happy to send you anything you need. You don't have to pay me
anything. It may take me some time to get these large blueprints copied, but I
can send you anything small enough to fax or copy then fax. When you email me,
include a fax #. If you don't have a fax machine, give me your address, and I'll
drop them in the mail.
