Tone and Probe for Tracing and Identifying Wires - Marv & Jean Wheeler - 04-24-2005 12:48

I have an "as new" Progressive Electronics (same as Greenlee) tone and
probe that I no longer use. When I had my 82FC I found it very handy
in identifying wires in a bundle or being able to trace wires that you
can't see. It sold new for $99.00 and if you need one I would be glad
to send it to your mailbox for $60.00. Others on the forum have and
use them. Ask them how handy they are. You can email me off forum if
you are interested.

As a bonus, if you hit the probe button and wave the business end near a
powered-up 110v flourescent light, you get a neat sound effect *exactly*
like a lightsaber Smile.

Sorry the tone generator and probe were sold last evening. I had two
replies, each within one minute of each other. It ws a 77HP generator
and a 200EP tone probe.
