ToWanda's couch - how do we remove it for recovering? - KP Marsh - 09-25-2006 02:37

Hey everybody,

We need to remove ToWanda's couch, SOON, so we can drop it off at the
upholsterer just before we put her in storage for the winter. We've tried to
figure out how/where it "unscrews" but are stumped. She has a 3 cushion
"jack-knife" style sofa.

ANY ONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW TO GET IT OUT? If it would be easier to explain over
the phone than trying to put in an email then please feel free to send us a
message to our home email and we'll call you on our dime. Home email address is
kpmarsh1@...

Thanks,
Ken & Patti Marsh

I recently replaced my jackkife sofa in our 91WLWB. It was screwed to
the floor with four (4) lag bolts.

As I was also replacing the pilot & co-pilot seats, they had been
remove. I removed the ends (arms) from the sofa (4 screws each side)
and two of us lifted the sofa out of the coach. I believe it would be
much more difficult, if not practically impossible, to remove it without
first removing the co-pilot seat.

Put the new sofa in the same way.
