I paid 10 bucks for that switch from an early chrysler. We had to remove the
switch ourselves- a 10 minute project. its an exact replacement for our
birds. ernie-83pt40 in montana

Some history first :

I managed to break one of the toggle switches on the drivers side
power seat control. These are mounted on the wall next to the drivers
seat. I removed the switch(s), 3 switches in a metal housing, and
found a Chrysler emblem with the part number 2926202. I stopped at
the local Dodge dealer and the parts guy looked up the number. The
dealer in Atlantic City New Jersey has inventory, no one else in the
US. I called the dealer they gave me the number for the "second"
warehouse. Yes, they have the parts, a bunch because they purchased
all inventory from all Chrysler dealers, the part retails for $75 but
they are selling them for $250! Yes, $250!!!! I said mine are made
of plastic NOT GOLD!

The dealer did say that these switches were made from late 1960's to
the early 1980's for motorhomes by Chrylser. Does anyone know of any
other sources for these switches?

I believe Ernie reported that he got one from a junk yard when he
needed one. I think he said he paid around $25 for it.

You can buy power seat assemblys on ebay most of the time and the
switches for them fit my wall unit perfectly.

Power seat controls - Dan Weaver - 09-21-2005 11:05

Take the old switch out and head to a junkyard to compare. I found
several matches for 83 FC35 switches in mid to late 70s Chryslers in
Abilene Tx junkyards in approx 2002, and pulled them myself. As I
recall, they asked for $10 apiece.
