That one either was built with very high end stuff, hasn't seen much usage or both. There's now wear indication, even on the carpet. If the mechanicals were as well taken care of, that should be a good one for somebody.

I love the wood veneer (or is a laminate?), and the aluminum positive-latch drawer and cabinet handles, and the exposed piano hinges, and the metal surround trimwork on the cabinet and drawers, and the tasteful use of mirrors, and the cup holders everywhere, and storage cubby holes everywhere, and the use of chrome and stainless steel, and the kitchen countertop edge catch rail. It's very well thought out using tough and durable materials, but yet it's light, airy, and timeless.
