If you suffer from water intrusion around a roof ac and you've already tried tightening down the AC unit onto the old gasket and it still leaks, then the AC gasket may be at end of life, here is a good replacement:

FWIW I'm currently seeing that old RV supply houses that I use to use before the economy started to "tighten down" are carrying less and less inventory part numbers, even Walmart admitted they are stripping slow moving inventory part numbers. I'm finding myself having to rely more and more on a service Like Amazon or Ebay..........
