Hello All,
I have a 1994 40' bus. My problem is the level red light stay on even thought
all the leveling rods are up all the way. Any help would be apreciated on where
to start to fix this problem.
Thanks in advance,

Nelson,

Just so I am clear, you mean the red level lights stay on even when the Leveling Master switch is turned to the off position?

Hello Mike,
Sorry for he delay in getting back hd to go out of town on business.
The red level lights stays on even when the leveling rods are stored and I can
see that they are all completely up.
Thanks

The way I read Mike's note and yours it sounded to me like you were talking
about different lights. I'm not sure, but probably worth asking the question.
I'm assuming, Nelson, that you are talking about the warning light that says the
jacks are down, while it appeared that Mike was asking about the lights on the
leveling controls. If I am right, the first thing to check is that, with the
jacks fully up, the fluid level in the reservoir is high enough.

There is a magnetic pick up on the jack proper that senses the jack retracted.
If it has not slipped out of place or the wiring is not broken or connectors
corroded, then check the ground in the jack area. The red light should go out
when you turn the jack activation panel off after the jacks are in the store
position or travel position. I would heavily suspect the ground though.

Thanks Ralph,
I will check to see if there is a magnet closing the reed switch. Do you know
where the leveling module is located under the coach?
Thanks Again,
Nelson

Your module should be center just back of the front tires, give or take.
