Many thanks to Gary, fishfarm2003, Dorn, Dave, and others who have spent some time trying to help us on this.
We will look into all the information you've sent. For now, we have to temporarily focus away from this 'cuz we have two sets of house-guests arriving, and we're just overwhelmed.
