This is a GMC pick up truck equipped with a Jimmy Diesel and a four speed tranny plus a two speed crash box auxillary!

The commercial version of this was called Quadraplex and was in White and Mack tractors. There was no one hand two stick shifting. It took one hand on each stick or one hand at a time. It was a 4 x 4 gear set up
