I googled the number without the space -- and got to the web site. If you don't pay $40, all you get is that Parliament has filed Chapter 11 as of !2/30/09.
It is confirmation that they've filed bankruptcy. While it is entirely possible that they'll come through the bankruptcy "reorganized" -- it also suggests that the Wanderlodge Intellectual Property -- that they just obtained from the Coachworks Holdings bankruptcy auction is now, again, "at risk."
