Merry Christmas to all.
Home here for Christmas after running the Wisconsin and Virginia blizzards.
Interesting to say the least with 3 inches of ice on the roads.
This problem started with my Webasto not firing. I changed the main engine
filters, the Webasto filter and the nozzle. I also cleaned the burn chamber. I
started the bus and it ran for about 5 minutes and shut down. It ran out of
fuel. I opened the Racor and looked inside the secondary fuel filter and empty.
Weird. I then thought alge. I disconnected the inlet fuel line to the Racor and
blew air to the fuel tank. The tank made a stress noise so I quit. Opened the
fill cap and massive amounts of air escaped. I left the fill cap off, primed the
engine, and ran it for an hour no issues. Found a broken fuel line on the
Webasto. Tomorrows project.
Conclusion on the engine problem. I suspect a wasp has built a nest in the fuel
tank vent. Anyone know where to look for the vent on a 90 300 gallon tank. Not
on my drawings.

Do you think it is possible that water had gotten into the vent and frozen?
After being in warmer weather I would give it another try.

Leroy, your fuel sender is located in the kitchen about 2 feet away from the cabinets in the floor. There was a screw located on the kickboard that directs you to the sender location.
