Lee can't help with a part number but just for the heck of it why not spray the rheostat with some contact cleaner from Radio Shack and see if that might fix things. Previous owners have reported that these electrical components suffer from dust accumulation and oxidation.

there are three rheostats on my bus ;upper el ;lower el and ;gauges. the gauges
control is next to the headlight switch.
