Hi Dan,
I checked my BB, and I have the R8560 Manual, and an accompanying cookbook
and plastic covered cooking guide. From looking over the cookbook, it looks
like there is a "high" and "low" mode in the micro/convection mode. The low
is for browning breads etc, and the high is for longer cooking times like for
poultry, roasts, etc. Maybe it's sensing the "low" mode, so the food doesn't
get too brown??
If you promise and cross your heart, I'll send you all the stuff in the mail
that I have on the microwave and feel free to copy it, then send it back
when you're done. I'll need your San Marcos address.
