eric- the greenlee punch is the way to go but you still have to drill a hole in
the panel for the bolt to go in. this bolt is the one that will squeeze the two
halves together to punch the hole. my point being if you choose to drill file or
sand anything about the area of your panel please be sure to catch all the
filing or shavings from your work. when i do some sort of work in this area i
always buy several of these mouse glue traps. this is the ones that you lay down
in and area you think the mouse will travel. when they step on it they are going
no where. the glue in your case willl catch all of the filing and sanding
particals that fall from the job keeping them from what ever area is below your
work. or the other thing is to smear some grease on newpaper and lay this under
your work. a thin layer will work well and will save a trip to the store for
glue traps.
