Grouply is yet another social network web site (like Facebook or Linkedin). The main criticism is that Grouply requires you to disclose your list or email password to set it up. It is a poor practice to hand over passwords to third parties, as required with Grouply. Many lists have banned Grouply.
Ultimately, Grouply wants to monetize their "service" by selling ads that will start popping up in your mail box.
I would respond by clicking the link "block Grouply invites."
