We have our traveling light show just about packed and look forward to seeing you and Christine & Curt's wife Betty out there in the Desert Southwest. We're heading west on January 14th from Hershey. Anyone in the
Northeast or eastern US that would like to caravan with us, please
drop me an email. We'll be heading down into VA, TN and then over
through Dallas. Hope to arrive late Friday or Saturday, brisket wagon
and smoker in tow.

That's what we call the towed- usually has the meat and smoker in it.
We're doing a "test fire" of ol' smokey this weekend for a wedding. 67
pounds of aged, Angus brisket- too bad the winds don't blow east to
west! I'll be making up some of that "Mutha sauce" for Q. Do you need
more?
