Craigslist has one domain but local areas where the intersite search originate from take you to just that local area. to run the numbers across all craigs in the country do this from a google search.
searchterm(space) searchterm(space) site:craigslist.org
"Site", the colon : ,and the domain "craigslist.org" are one term
space between searchterm and site:domain
