My fridge (Dometic RM2807...I believe original to the coach) is no
longer working on propane. Works great on electric. When in
propane "mode", I can hear the ignitor clicking, but it never lights.
It worked fine last spring. No trouble with other propane features.
Where should I start? I have zero experience working on one of these.

Go for the easy problems first. You should first hear a click which is the gas valve turning on, then a snap, snap, snap, ...... as theigniter fires. If this happens the control circuits are fine. There is one Phillips head screw that hold the cover over the burner in place. Check under this fordirt, mud daubers, etc.There is also a small gas valve in this area, make sure it is on. If it goes through the cycle and fails to light see if you can smell propane near the burner to see if you have gas. I usually turn on one of the heaters to make sure the propane system is working and the air is out. Good luck!

thats a good way to check the circuit board. is there not a prompt of the c-board that shuts off the gas valve when heat is not felt after a period of time?
on the subject of refers and gas. the aftermarket mod I made and fan I use to vent my refer mechanicals in low pointing up to the vent and over the coil. I shrouded the boiler to keep from passivly cooling it with the fan. my fan pressurizes the compartment and pushes air out the roof vent. I like the way Scot positioned a fan in the stack blowing out because it wont pressurize the unburnt gas into the coach. Now I am concerned about the low resting fan becoming a spark igniter for unburned heavey LPG. the unobstructed step down below the floor that the refer vent opens to reveal is a functional design to exhaust heavy gas.
