I just listed my 80 and have been following all market value comments with interest. The high fuel prices really was the motivating factor but when I did a bit of checking on mpg for sobs I was sorta stunned to learn that my 31' gets as good or better than most sobs.
Anyway mine is paid for,the insurance and taxes are low and for now I have a great mechanic(without one I am ready to almost give it away) so i will let it set for awhile and if it does not move I will not be devastated. In fact probably happy.
One comment-I doubt that many people list their rvs for the price they expect because they know(or should know) that probably any buyer will bargain. Maury 80FC 31'

I try to avoid the bargaining both selling and buying. Some people
love that game, I hate it. I respect a person who sets the price
fairly and stays with it. The only issue for me is what is the
market? It seems to be pretty volatile. At a certain point people
will buy motorhomes just to park in the drive to impress the
neighbors :-) they will not know that we don't have the money to
actually drive the thing. This was written to be funny but its
getting close to reality.
