Hi Guys

I got a problem with my headlight switch. It is a split toggle
switch. The headlights work but the dash lights parking lights & the
tail lights do not work. The fuse is good for them. Is there a relay
for them & where is it. The switch has power & the grounds are good. I
have break lights & turn signals. The taillights & dash lights do not
come on when you turn the
headlights.

The headlight switch you describe sounds just like the one I have. They are notoriously "weak". You probably just need a new switch.
As a temporary work around, I hooked a toggle switch to ground the relays for the non-working lights and that solved the problem until I could install a new headlight switch.
