The dog house has 2 hinges, each with a set screw. The base has 2 screws on the firewall and various bolts around the base under the carpet. It takes 2 to handle the top part of the dog house- its' heavy.

My mechanic says that the engine has to come out to replace the
injector on the passenger side. Is this true? Is there something he's
missing, does the floor board come out so the valve covers can be
removed, this seems to be the problem. Joe in Sebastian

If you have the original Blue Box somewhere it gives details on how to
disassemble the Dog house so you can get at the Vlv covers. I just
went over to Bruces site and tried to find the photo's I took while
taking my apart but could not locate them. Its not that hard of a job,
just time consuming. The dog house will come oft with about an hour
worth of labor. Let me know if you have a blue box instruction book
for this operation. And I would say you should be able to remove
those injectors with the dog house removed. Jon

John, thanks for the info. I do not have 'blue box'. I downloaded
some info from the archive files on this forum. I'll send to
mechanic and forward this information to him. Thanks.
