Wanderlodge Gurus - The Member Funded Wanderlodge Forum

What started out as just a small gathering of friends who just
happened to own 'Birds, that would gather twice a year, or more to
watch and compete in the Land Speed Races on the MONSTER MILE at the
Laurinburg/Maxton Airport in Maxton, NC, has turned into one of the
least expensive, at only $5.00 for the entire event and well attended
Mini-Rallies that is put on twice a year now.

I have placed a selection of pictures in an album that shows the
growth of these Mini-Rallies at Maxton and as you will see it isn't
all about racing, as we really have a great time gathering together
twice a year at the first event of the year normally on either the
last weekend in March, or the first weekend in April and then again
usually the third weekend in September.
