Yes, there is too large of a gap between the doorframe and the genset
door and between the front of the right wheel flare and the genset
door for this to be a 33' coach with the 12.5 diesel genset.

On my FC33 with the diesel generator there is about 1/8" gap between
the door frame and the genset opening frame; the rear edge of the
genset opening frame actually overlaps the painted metal part of the
right rear fender flare at the front bottom edge.

I was thinking about that motor home and you know what? I think I remember
someone telling me that they used that rig to tow there unlimited hydroplane
speedboat. I know they had and probably still race a hydroplane speed boat know
as the Oboy Oberta. These unlimited hydroplane boats require quit allot of
maintenance and this was probably used for caring all their spare parts around
in. And now it looks like it might be just be used for advertising or its the
oft season for hydroplane racing and it was parked there where this picture was
taken.
