Sounds like the air governor is shot. That's an easy 20 dollar fix. Air governor is on or beside the air compressor. It happened to my on my FC

Hello All,

I have an air leak which I think is coming from the water drain valve or similar on my 77FC35.

Please see http://www.hetzel.org/P1010012.JPG for a picture of the problem spot.

Any advice as to the identity of the leaking part and the best way to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

The coach has been parked in front of my house since it's last trip from which we returned on 12/24, and was last started and run for an hour about a week ago, at which time this problem was not present. We did have a quite hard freeze since then, down to about 12F.

Best Regards and thanks in advance for any help/advice,

I think so, but then I don't really know for sure. In any case, it's "spitting" constantly at this point and I can't get air pressure over 30psi or so...

It could also be a spitter valve if it under the air dryer or the air
tank. If itis real cold you could have moisture in the tank & be
frozen

try giving it rap with a hammer on the main body to see if it will
seal then change it out to a manual valve or a new spitter

It definitely appears to be connected to the bottom of the air tank, not the compressor.
