I have a 1990 wb40 it seems to have a delay when I turn the Key
it seems to be a hesitation ,like the batterys are week but then it
kicks right in and starts
Is this normal

Jamie it sounds like maybe some electrical connections might need some
cleaning up. Grounds would be my first check and that brass bent band of
metal that connects the starter to the solenoid strapped on top of it. Mine
was corroded, pitted and definitely caused a hesitation in my start routine.
Cleaned up and has never hesitated since.

When you first the key on, the coach is going through some diagnostics
and I assume that is the slight delay you are experiencing.
