Here is the schedule of events to be held at this years RATS rally;
TWIN OAKS ASKS THAT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER NOON ON THURSDAY
11/1/07 UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS
Thursday 11/1 -
Lunch - You are on your own, some will go to Sonny's BBQ in Perry.
6 pm - Dinner will be bring your favorite Chile, Soup, or Stew to
share. Bring your own drinks, eating utensils, bowls, or cups.
Followed by a talk with Macy Neshati
Friday 11/2 -
10 am - Tech discussion; Stephen Birtles, Sporlan Valves and Light
Ballast Installation
12 noon - Hot Dogs prepared by the men, bring your own drinks.
2 pm - Walk around tour of 'Birds and tech tips for repairs on them.
6 pm - Dinner will be potluck, bring your own drinks and see the
notes below.
Saturday 11/3 -
10 am - Tech discussion; Al Johnson and friends, Bio diesel
Lunch - You are on your own, some will go to Sonny's BBQ in Perry
2 pm - Flea market, bring all that 'Bird stuff that you want to sell,
or give away.
6 pm - Dinner will be potluck, bring your own drinks and see the
notes below.
Sunday 11/4 -
Nothing planned, just a lot of conversation and good-byes
All of the above activities will be held in the club house and / or
tent. For the Potluck please be prepared to contribute 1 meat dish, 1
vegetable dish, 1 salad and 1 dessert. Each dish needs to serve 4.
One night you will bring your meat and your vegetable dish. The other
night your salad and dessert. After we arrive I will assign the night
to bring each so we balance the potluck. Please feel free to contact
Barbara Vaughn if you have a question about the dinners.
