Steve Anderson gave a smart charger for my old Wanderlodge and when I
replaced the old one there were two identical chargers one sitting on
top of the other and secured together hidden behind a peice of sheet
metal.

Now my question is why did the Wanderlodge factory install two
identical charger both working and doing the same thing. Steve told me
that many of these older charger units were found where only one would
be working. Could this extra charger be a back up? Well anyway after
removing both unit I tested them both and sure enough one did not work
but I still never noticed it in my battery charging system.

Any one have an answer of why they would do this in the first place.
