Travis,
We just sold a Newell Classic 38' last fall after 5 years. Great driving coach.

group...
I'd like to participate in this group; I've been lurking for a while. But I
don't have a BB; I have a Newell. There is a Newell forum, but it seems to be
all but dead. I suspect that's more because of the format than anything else;
posting, replying, etc, are very clumsy and don't lend themselves to carrying on
a "conversation" so it just never happens. This email reflector format is much
more like what we humans think of as carrying on a real-time conversation, and
so it stays very lively. In any event, my question is: keeping in mind that my
Newell and a PT are quite similar, and, more importantly, share almost all the
same systems (DD V92, Allison, wheels, refrig, a/c, plumbing, etc etc) that
generate about 97% of the questions and answers here, I'd think that my
questions when I have them would be relevant to the group and I can occasionally
contribute suggestions that will also be relevant almost all the time. (I have
better sense than to volunteer anything on the BBQ thread...you don't want to
try my cooking...)But I also don't want to feel like an "outsider" being
tolerated out of politeness. So my question is, how would you guys feel about
admitting a foriegner?Travis in Lubbock, Texas with a 38' Newell; think of it as
a PT38 with aluminum skin...
