Since having her home a couple days I have been busy with the bus.
1) I need to replace rubber around entry door. Any leads as to
how to and where to.
2) The refrig. works on AC and doesn't on GAS (LP) I am thinking
the igniter isn't working but that's a guess. Would there be other
causes? Haven't decided if I want to tackle the refrig. or if I should
let the RV professionals look at that.
I have done the following. Removed the none functional back air
conditioner (new one on order) and closed the hole with a piece of
plastic and duck tape. Replaced the two old fans with new fantastic
fans. Got the generator set up with a temporary gas tank and got it
running. I also removed the old dinette which was too big and kind of
ugly. I am going to rebuild the dinning room to my liking. So making
progress. John

John I recently pulled of the factory installed entry door rubber and
replaced it with EPDM rubber stripping from Lowes. Has worked well for the
past few months and reduced the wind noise significantly

Dirt/spiders/bugs in the gas outlet line at the frig. Propane not turned on.
Air taking a long
time to bleed out of line so propane can ignite. Pretty easy to troubleshoot.
Remove the
cover around the burner, see if the ignitor is sparking, smell for propane. My
ignitor is
electronic and I can hear is sparking as it tries to ignite the propane. You
may be able to
hear it sparking also. If it doesn't light (and I assume heat a thermocouple)
in a dozen or so
sparks, it stops trying.

John,
On the fridge, take the grill off on the outside of the bus to gain
access to the back side of the unit. Get some shop air @ ~90psi and
blow all of the dirt and grime out of there. Don't be stingy with the
air, put it everywhere and don't stop until the dust quits coming out.
My fridge quit running on gas on my way home. Fearing the worst, I
stopped at an RV shop, they ran a few tests then blew everything out
with some compressed air and it was good as new. Told me that was
fairly normal, the things just collect dirt and prevent ignition.
