Ordered Dupress replacement seals for my valves from Jeff last
Tuesday.... Did'nt recieve them by Fri. so I called and left a messege
3 times since then and talked with his wife on Monday of this week and
she said he had a deer mishap on Sat. but would have him get back to me
which he has not...... Hope all is well with him, but I'm getting
tired of my waste tank leaking....... anyone heard from him ????? Dan

I can second that Jon. Jeff is always right on top of with everything
concerning his business. He is probably trying to scrape that deer off
the hood. We do that regularly in Montana!

Never had any trouble getting Jeff on the phone, but you may want to consider
carrying
1-2 spare valve cores on your coach so you can make a replacement as soon as you
get a
leaker or the valve gets too tough to close. That's what I do and have found it
very helpful
in the past. This has nothing to do with Jeff's response time. Just provides
some
insurance against dealing with some messy problems.
