If anybody in the Seattle area needs upholstery work done, I recommend
Don Mettler at 253-588-9085. He works out of his house in Lakewood.
We had bought a new Flexsteel couch and a new Flexsteel 1,200 buck
computer chair.
Both cushions started to fail after 1 year. Seems Flexsteel doesn't use
top quality foam but charges top prices. Had to get the seats both
redone.
This guy did each of mine on different Saturdays, no layover.
You would think Flexsteel would use top quality foam, but doesn't. Good
profit margin tho.
Maybe my 250 lbs break the foam down quickly, although the couch has
held up for 2 years now.
