my bus has a broken shock on the front left and i have started to
replace both of them. i have ordered the koni adjustable shocks and
hope to get then in a few days. i have already removed both front tires
and removed the old shocks. the shocks on the bird were monroe gas 65's
and looked to be to small for that massive front end. it is my hope
that the bus will ride a lot better with the new shocks. while i have
the tires off i have also cleaned up the grease fittings and have lubed
the front end. this leads up to my question tonight. the wheel bearings
are in an oil bath and the oil level is low. can anyone tell me the
proper oil to use in the bearing. thanks to all for the knowledge that
you share with fellow birdies.
