I have had my coach all of two weeks now and been having troubles
with the coach batteries. Today I pulled the inverter to get to the
battery chargers. I can only get the batteries to charge if the
High/Low switch was in high.

I flipped the chargers around so I could get to the output legs and
both where putting out 13+ volts. So I went to the engine bay and
checked the high/low relay. As it turns out, with the switch in low
I was not seeing any voltage at the relay. So that seemed odd as
there was voltage at the charger output. So I figured I would pull
the wire at the charger and ohm it out, it checked out fine. Then I
looked at the wire on the charger end, and to my dismay, the factory
installed the wire too deep into the charger and when the screwed
down the keeper screw it was screwed down on the insulation. I put
it back in and made sure it was not too far and screwed it down and
it works like a champ now.

The high charger is over heating, so I checked into that and the fan
is dead, so ordered a new fan for that unit.
