I dunno... I didn't get that. He was basically saying that the coach
was in good condition for a 24 year old coach. Looking at the photos,
you could see that there was wear and tear -- I noticed rusty
'buttons' on the sofa (gray crushed velvet, no less) -- and the
mattresses looked like they'd been heavily used -- or left out in a
field for a season or two... Some photos showed that speakers were
removed (with holes left behind) ... and perhaps other little things
have been changed, etc.
If you're a newby and don't understand what it means to be
considering a 24 year old motorhome, the cautions and warnings are
probably a wise precaution. I can imagine that the dealer has had
some enlightening experiences with unhappy (potential) buyers.
For someone who doesn't mind doing some restoration work on the
interior, this might make a nice coach... depends, of course, on the
actual mechanical condition. With 200,000+ miles, this coach has been
well used and I'm sure there's a few "issues." And the dealer was a
bit vague about the actual age of the tires (described as "look good.")
I see there's 23 bids with the price up to $14,100 ... with 7 days to
go. So there's some "action" on this listing.
